Meet the founder

Kim McGuinness is a business network strategist, community builder and accredited organisational coach with over 25 years experience across corporate and small business sectors. She has worked with hundreds of companies ranging from startups to ASX listed firms and has been featured in the Australian Financial Review, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Australian, Smart Company, Sky News and The Age.

Kim has put thousands of speakers on stages in events that have connected hundreds of thousands of people. She also founded her own corporate business network and mentoring organisation which she ran for 16 years prior to acquisition.

Kim is the founder and director of CoMojo Pty Ltd (formerly Centrum Events Pty Ltd), providing guidance on creating conscious, aligned networks that build the future you want. She is also Head of Membership & Community at the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership (IECL), and an advisor to The Community Collective which helps community managers build impactful communities.
